The main facades of the buildings are facing the triangular park, located across the street. During the design development, various design strategies were used to decrease solar gains of the facade and enhance the lighting of the internal spaces. The design team explored options for using greenery, cooling by water pools and lighting by reflections, incorporation of window shelves, etc. Due to the importance of the location, a lot of attention was paid to the views that open not only from inside the building but also from the streets.
