AYENK was tasked to create a masterplan indicating potential growth of the area. Our urban planners carried out a careful analysis of the existing and planned transportation networks, cyclist and pedestrian route reworks, land uses, and upcoming projects. The data was then summarized and presented in the form of a book with renderings, maps, and a masterplan.
