The Real Deal 5th Annual Showcase and Forum 

25th, October 2018, AYENK participated in TRD annual showcase and presented a beautiful conceptual masterplan for one of the most vibrant neighborhoods of Miami. Latin Quarter aspires to keep the unique culture of the area and improve the quality of life of the entire neighborhood. The masterplan attracted real estate players with a unique and thoughtful concept.

More than 3,500+ investors, buyers, brokers, financiers, developers and high-end consumers gathered for a day of networking and deal-making at The Real Deal South Florida’s Fifth Annual Real Estate Showcase & Forum held at Mana Wynwood in Miami. The event was sponsored by 100 companies who set up booths in the Showcase, including Coastal Construction, Douglas Elliman, Fortune International Group, OneWorld Properties, Samsung and Ayenk.
