Briny Residence

The Briny Residence is an expression of curvilinear form, designed to capture panoramic views of the Miami coastline. The building's architecture is defined by its sweeping horizontal lines, with deep, wraparound balconies creating a seamless extension of the interior living spaces.

The facade is given a dynamic rhythm through the staggered placement of solid white panels, which act as both planters and privacy screens. This intentional composition breaks down the building's scale and adds a layer of textural complexity. This horizontal expression is punctuated by vertical cores clad in a warm, contrasting material. The entire volume rests on a transparent, double-height glass podium, creating a light and inviting presence at street level. Crowned by a thin, cantilevered roof slab, the design is a sophisticated take on modern coastal living.
