Brickell 12
Miami, Florida
The design for Brickell 2 is a considered response to its prominent corner site in Miami. The building is articulated with a transparent, double-height podium that engages the street level, grounding a more solid residential volume above.
A key architectural feature is the rounded corner, which uses curved glass to soften the building's geometry and create a focal point. The primary facade is composed of a rhythmic grid of recessed windows, with the contrast between dark and light panels creating a strong visual dynamic. This grid is further enriched by bronze-finished frames that add a layer of warmth and sophistication to the material palette. Capped by an expressive roofline that shelters a residents' terrace, the project presents a refined statement on contemporary urban living.
